Camera-Ready Submission Instructions

Authors of accepted papers must complete every step below and submit the complete publication package by the camera-ready deadline.

The camera-ready submission deadline is 10 August 2026, Anywhere on Earth (AoE).

Registration required by 3 August 2026

At least one author of each accepted paper must complete registration before 3 August 2026 to ensure that the paper appears in the conference proceedings.

Complete Registration

Please allow enough time to prepare the final source files, collect signatures and permissions, and verify that the complete package is ready before the deadline.

1. Prepare the Final Paper

  • Use the official Springer Computer Science proceedings template.
  • Follow the paper category and page limit stated in the acceptance notification.
  • Address all mandatory corrections stated in the reviews.
  • Do not change the template’s margins, fonts, or spacing.
  • Do not include page numbers or running headers.

2. Verify the Author Information

Ensure that the following information is final and correct:

  • Paper title.
  • Full names of all authors.
  • Author order.
  • Affiliations.
  • Email addresses.
  • ORCID identifiers, if included.
Authors cannot be added, removed, or reordered after the files are delivered to Springer.

3. Identify One Corresponding Author

Clearly mark one corresponding author in the paper header. The corresponding author must:

  • Have a valid email address in the paper.
  • Approve the final paper on behalf of all authors.
  • Sign the License-to-Publish form.
  • Be available to check the Springer proof, normally within 72 hours.
The corresponding author named in the paper must be the same person who signs the License-to-Publish agreement.

4. Include the Mandatory Disclosure

Every paper must include a section immediately before the references titled:

Disclosure of Interests

If there are no competing interests, use the following statement:

“The authors have no competing interests to declare that are relevant to the content of this article.”

Otherwise, disclose all relevant financial and non-financial interests.

5. Include Ethics and Consent Statements

If the research involves human participants, animals, personal data, or biological material, include all applicable information:

  • The name of the approving ethics committee.
  • The approval or reference number, where applicable.
  • A statement confirming informed consent to participate.
  • A statement confirming consent to publish identifiable information or images, where applicable.

6. Check Figures, Tables, and Equations

  • Number and cite every figure and table in the text.
  • Place figure captions below figures.
  • Place table captions above tables.
  • Keep tables and equations editable; do not submit them as images.
  • Ensure all figures are clear and readable in grayscale.
  • Use at least 800 dpi for line drawings, preferably 1200 dpi.
  • Use text of at least 6 pt inside figures.
  • Do not use color in text, tables, or equations.

7. Provide Alternative Text

Provide alternative text for every figure, illustration, and image-based table.

Submit the descriptions in a file named Alt-Text.txt, clearly identifying the corresponding figure or item for each description.

8. Check the References

  • Use numbered citations in square brackets, such as [1] or [2–4].
  • Ensure every citation appears in the reference list.
  • Ensure every listed reference is cited in the paper.
  • Write references using the Latin alphabet.
  • Include DOI information whenever available.

9. Resolve Copyright and Permission Issues

Obtain written permission for any reused third-party material, including figures, tables, photographs, screenshots, maps, text extracts, or videos.

Material found online is not automatically free to reuse. Include all required permission documents in the submission package.

10. Follow Publication-Ethics Requirements

The final paper must:

  • Be original.
  • Contain no plagiarism or self-plagiarism.
  • Report results honestly, without fabrication or inappropriate manipulation.
  • Properly cite all reused or related work.
  • Clearly explain any overlap with previously published work.
  • List only real authors who made substantial scholarly contributions.
  • Comply with the Springer Nature AI policy.
AI tools cannot be listed as authors.

11. Sign the License-to-Publish Form

The corresponding author must:

  • Complete the official Springer License-to-Publish form.
  • Ensure that the paper title and author names exactly match the final paper.
  • Sign the form by hand on behalf of all authors.
  • Scan and submit the signed form as a PDF.
Typed or digital signatures are not accepted.

12. Upload the Complete Submission Package

Upload one ZIP file containing:

  • The final PDF.
  • All editable source files.
  • The signed License-to-Publish form.
  • The Alt-Text.txt file.
  • All required copyright permission documents.
  • Approved supplementary material, if applicable.
For LaTeX papers

Include all .tex, .bib, .bbl, image, font, and style files required to compile the paper.

For Word papers

Include the editable .docx file.

The PDF must correspond exactly to the submitted source files. Do not include previous versions or unused files in the ZIP archive.
